MLS# 222068709 – SOLD – a single-story home with four bedrooms in a court location.

Upon entering the home, you’ll note that there is a separate family room and living room. The family room details a fireplace and both of these rooms feature a vaulted ceiling set-up.

The kitchen features an updated slide-in range and there is a microwave (still in box) ready for the next buyer.  There is also a breakfast nook that overlooks the southeast side of the home.

The primary bedroom has its own separate courtyard slider access. You’ll love having a spacious primary closet. This room, like the family and living room also features a vaulted ceiling (for a more expansive feel to the space). The primary bath has a double-sink vanity and an updated shower stall.

The hall bath details two separate vanities with an updated shower stall.

All of the bedrooms line the left of the home with the primary bedroom being towards the backyard. The front of the home faces southwest (hopefully keeping the bedrooms a tiny bit cooler from the evening sun).

Heading outside, you have the central courtyard patio. Be sure to explore the two spacious side yards. The NW side yard is paved and plenty of storage opportunities. The property is close to the end of the court with only one connecting street to hopefully limit traffic.

Living here you’ll be close to dining, shopping (including Costco and Sam’s club), gyms, and parks (including Rusch Community park – pools, skate park, sport fields, and more). Leatherby’s is a fun nearby ice cream shop nearby along with many other cool dining stops. Shoppers: you can go cross streets to the Sunrise Mall area or hop on the freeway to the Galleria Mall or The Fountains.

Commuters will have freeway access in less than two miles for either heading to Downtown Sacramento or Placer County locations. An hour and a half or two to the mountains or Bay Area. Plenty of outdoor and indoor activities and clubs nearby, along with American River College (within ten minutes or less).

8/13/22 Price improvement – $590,000

Updated comments: the seller has loved calling this space “home.” Simple relocation. Home is priced to move!

If you showed the home previously, be aware some of the plank flooring is being replaced by the builder at the end of August as well as the baseboards in those replaced flooring areas.

MLS# 222064247 – If you’re seeking a cul-de-sac location and looking at newer homes and need extra storage for vehicles – this 2021 Lennar-built house could be the next place you call home.

This popular floor plan sold out at Lennar “Sonoma Ranch” subdivision. This area is solely single-story homes, which means increased privacy for you with no neighboring two-story homes along with having almost a ¼ acre lot.

The four-car garage layout with a drive-through means shade protection from Summer rays on your vehicles (hopefully too less damage from the sun), increased safety for car/truck and tools storage so you’re not unloading items constantly, a great space for working on your cars, and/or storage for outdoor recreational vehicles or boats.

Inside, you’ll love the open floor plan with three separate wings for the bedrooms – great for increased privacy and separation. And whether you need it now or possibly down the road – multi-generational living. Or perhaps you work from home and want that separation and distancing from others in the home.

The backyard is a blank slate ready for your imagination: outdoor kitchen, pool, gardening, or however you envision. The space is ready to roll and is a nice flat lot that’s ready for your additions.

Nearby at the end of the court, you’ll find access to a sidewalk that will lead you to the neighborhood park (Feather River East Park – scroll through the photos –  you’ll see the google snapshot with visuals, along with the park signage)

If you’re a veteran – there is a VA loan that is assumable at last year’s lower rate. We have a lot of great lenders at our fingertips for any questions (scroll down)

For a safer viewing experience of the interior of the home – be aware there is a 3D Matterport tour to explore.

What’s nearby?  The Toyota Amphitheatre, Hard Rock Hotel (for concerts, food, and entertainment), Plumas Lake Golf Club, Numerous Wildlife Areas, Bird Sanctuary (Bobelaine Audubon Sanctuary), and more. Shopping or Dining? You can head down to Roseville or to Yuba City and Marysville. You’re close to Hwy 70 and Hwy 65 access. Beale AFB is east of the property (approx 29min away).

The listing agent does have the natural hazard disclosure available, along with a preliminary title report. Please have your trusted buyer’s agent connect with us. 916-308-2446.

Welcome home.

Nearby + About Our Area

Property is now closed as of 2/9/22. Check out this adorable single-story in a gated community and in a fabulous location. Inside this lovely home you’ll find updated flooring in the main living area, plus updated ceiling fans for a more modern appeal. Living area is wired for surround sound.

Be sure to check out the garage with the expansive set of built-in cabinetry and updated water heater. A lower maintenance backyard is perfect since you have so many nearby parks, sports fields, dog parks, and multi-use trails to explore (the HOA oversees front yard maintenance). The pomegranate plant in the backyard will hopefuly be bursting with buds come April/May.

We also like the positioning of this home within the neighborhood – intentional traffic to this street as it’s not the main road off any of the gates.

If you have a busy lifestyle and you’re looking to simplify your life – you’ll love how quickly you can access great grocery stores (Nugget, Safeway, Raleys), and you’ll be close to great dining and shopping options. Nearby outdoor enthusiasts and sports lovers will enjoy the golf courses in our region (including the fun option of Top Golf), basketball and tennis courts nearby, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, Martha Riley library and sport fields, and last but not least, the Summer Sanders Olympic-size pool (Roseville Aquatics Complex) – home to pool lessons, swim teams, + splash park. Roseville is also home to many clubs, crafting groups, and much more (including City-wide events). It is truly a wonderful city to call home.

Commuters will have fairly quick access to Hwy 65 with a few ways to take the backroads to Sacramento or gain freeway access.

Please note, this home is a 2-3BD set-up (where third space is open, but does have a spacious closet) along with backyard slider access. Welcome home.

No matter what age range you’re at (well, you know what we mean) – young at heart or young in age – there are so many local clubs and sports groups to explore. From soccer, hiking, biking, football, swim clubs, water polo to knitting, little ballerina classes, and quilt clubs – there is something for everyone. Roseville really does have it all, and if we don’t have it – we’re 1.5hr from Tahoe, even less for Truckee. 2hrs from San Francisco, under an 1.5hr to Napa. Many will be shocked that we even have some vineyards just up the road along with a few cool local breweries. Swimming is a big deal in town, and even water polo features a few clubs outside of high school sports. Swimming lessons are hosted at the Summer Sanders pool by Woodcreek High school, but be sure to note that we do have an indoor pool option at the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool. Soccer at different levels and ages too – from club to competitive. Dog lovers also have a few options for dog parks – Hughes Park nearby and another one by one Mahany Park (Bear park). At “The Fountains,” you’ll find weekly farmer’s markets along with an amazing outdoor shopping experience. Across the street is the “Galleria Mall” with just about every local store you can think of … We currently have three libraries – Martha Riley (close by), Maidu Park (also home to a large volume of baseball diamonds, museum, skate park, and covered soccer / hockey field), and the City of Roseville Public Library (by Royer Park). I also strongly encourage some exploration in Historic and Downtown Roseville – learn some history, grab a tasty meal, and be sure to check out the crooked bridge. Be sure to watch the Downtown and Historic Roseville events, along with major happenings at The Grounds (Placer County Fairgrounds). If you have questions about the area – we’re happy to answer!

This adorable, one-story home has an expansive front yard with fresh interior and exterior paint. What has the seller loved about living here? They love that their front door is hidden away from the street (nice for deliveries), the property is just a block away from the community garden (which leads to nature trail and park), it’s a short distance from numerous local and chain stores and dining options, close to a gym and water park at the nearby high school, there’s a strong sense of community and fun at the holidays, they have enjoyed local micro breweries, and you’re close to Clarksburg and their wineries. The street being labeled a “no outlet” has the perks of car traffic hopefully being limited primarily to neighbors and visitors.

Inside the home, there’s a fantastic bar in the dining space – the ultimate Super Bowl bar spread and set-up. The backyard is ideal for being lower-maintenance and includes a pad and 220V hook-up. It’s all ready for a spa or BBQ zone. More great details: Primary bedroom has an expansive walk-in closet along with a double-sink vanity (with separate lavatory zone), updated Kitchen appliances, interior W/D with cabinetry storage, a social main living area layout, and so much more. Nice separation of primary bedroom from the other bedrooms for additional privacy.

For commuters, you can easily access major nearly all the major freeways (5, 99, 50, 80). There’s so much to explore nearby – Old Town and Downtown Sacramento, sports events, concerts, wildlife areas, farmer’s markets, trails, a great nightlife scene, zoo, and museums – and it’s all at your fingertips.

Welcome home!

If you have been searching for a single-story home on over a 1/4 acre lot, with a professionally landscaped yard, a lush green lawn, mature trees, and large pool – this is a must-see in East Roseville. This property is located in a cul-de-sac that details neighboring homes that are well-manicured and radiate pride of ownership. Not to mention being a court location – you’ll hopefully have traffic more limited to neighbors and guests.

The original owners lovingly cared for and maintained this home. As you enter the home, you’re immediately greeted with panoramic backyard views. French doors open up to the pool and back patio. A great functional home layout, along with a gorgeous yard and pool – you can’t get this with every home. A fantastic indoor and outdoor living space.

Great natural light through the home paired with vaulted ceilings in the main living areas along with the primary bedroom. The spacious family includes a fireplace with built-in shelving and opens to a beautiful kitchen (updated cooktop and hood and appliances).  The kitchen garden window overlooks the backyard. It’s easy to see how great this space would be for entertaining. Great flow and transition from room-to-room. The back patio spans from Family room to the Primary bedroom – a fantastic outdoor living space. What we also love is that you can keep a close eye on the pool from the house. The primary bedroom – you can have your back slider open to enjoy the cool breezes from the backyard.

Spring will bring vibrant wisteria blooms over the pergola and great color will be bursting in the yard. The backyard orange tree produces so much fruit. The redwoods provide a lovely canopy of shade as well on the perimeter of the yard. The back patio spans from the family room to the primary bedroom.

The side yard – the original owner even housed a small boat. A spacious side yard that can also function as a dog-run when entertaining guests. Home also has a separate indoor laundry room.

Location is ideal: within a mile of Maidu Park (sport courts, baseball diamonds, skating/soccer arena, library, museum, great trails, and is home to many tournaments for sports and city events). You’ll have quick commuter access to Hazel/Sierra College along with Roseville Pkwy (if you have a split household that needs I-80 and Hwy 50 access). Nearby there are many gyms along with Johnson Ranch Racquet club. Home is close to Granite Bay, but you benefit from Roseville utilities (all but gas which is PG&E). You have great shopping and dining in multiple directions (up towards Sierra College) and not too far from Galleria Mall and The Fountains (closer to I-80 and Hwy 65). New to our area – we are home to many major  medical groups, including Kaiser Hospital and Sutter Hospital. Be sure to check out the links on this website to help get you acquainted. Welcome home!

MLS# 221084259 • Open House (7/24 Sat 10am-2pm) A beautiful Twelve Bridges home with a backyard that has ample space for a pool (yard is pre-wired for pool hook-up), lush green grass, and lovely landscaping.

Inside the home, cool color schemes make it a welcoming space, and tile flooring on the first floor is a solid functional choice for staying cooler (and easier cleanup). The family room and kitchen overlook the backyard so you can keep an eye on things – also a lovely space for entertaining. The kitchen details updated appliances, a five-burner gas stove, and a walk-in pantry. The family room details a gas insert fireplace as the focal point. We also love that the stairs have low-profile lighting for safer night navigation. The primary bedroom is spacious with a double-door entry and the primary bath includes a large walk-in closet, jetted tub, and separate shower stall. The hall bath has a separate area for showering – which is nice for morning routines if you need access to the vanity and sink area. You’ll love having the laundry room on the second floor – not hauling clothes up and down the stairs.

The solar on the home is owned and you’ll have access to an EV plug-in in the garage (for electric vehicle charging).

Another great bonus, there is no HOA to be concerned with here. We do have the NHD accessible so you can compare the low cost of the Mello-Roos (79/mo approx).

Location-wise this beautiful home is positioned near the Twelve Bridges park, local trail and greenbelt, elementary school, great local dining, medical groups, golf, and the best news – the new high school opening up for Fall 2021 (Twelve Bridges – the Raging Rhinos).

Please be sure to experience the indoor and outdoor virtual tours and Zillow 3D home links. Be sure to also explore this page for Lincoln events, amenities, as well as learning more about Placer County. Welcome home!

We love the circular texture of the rubber flooring in the kitchen, the original hardwood flooring, and all the fun and unique design choices that perfectly blend with the 1950s original decor. The downstairs full bath – how beautiful is that vibrant blue tile? Do note, the Primary BD is on the first floor and is towards the back part of the home (NE exposure). There is also built-in storage throughout most of the home. In the backyard, the seller has crafted a beautiful retreat complete with a beautiful pergola and lush landscaping. How amazing is that hydrangea? We are told the pollinator community gives this yard a 10/10 (we’re not sure if the bee we buzzed with was the proper authority to vote, but he seemed legit). Be sure to explore the entire yard for art pieces. All good energy in this space. Positives to alleyway location as we know it will be a topic brought up – nobody parking in front of your house. Sellers have felt it’s been a quieter space living in this location as well (they have lovingly cared for this space and hope you will treasure it too. We’re having a hard time not buying it for ourselves).

Location-wise – you’re close to Royer Park, Vernon Street Town Square (fun city events, splash park, and concerts), fun local dining, art studios, long-time Roseville theatre groups, Trader Joe’s, and commuters will have quick freeway access. The trail that goes through Royer park (all the way to Darling Way) also connects all the way to Sierra College and includes Miner’s Ravine Trail (see Roseville parks map).

History nugget: this property was formerly orchard fields (rich soil). Lots of cool history there too – if you want to dive deeper. These neighborhoods and homes are rich with Roseville’s history. Another fact: the builder of this home, also built a few neighboring homes (how cool is that?).

How beautiful is this backyard? An expansive pergola patio spans the width of the yard. There is plenty of room for outdoor dining, a designated area for BBQ’ing (with gas-hook-up), all while staying cool with the patio misters and enjoying the lush landscaping. Are your muscles sore? Why not soak your muscles in the spa after a long day of work. Don’t forget to make your own bouquet of roses – the side yard is bursting with color. If you like to entertain and you have four-legged friends – you have a really nice gated dog-run (and not to be forgotten – a nice shed).

Inside, the Kitchen includes a double-oven, an expansive dining bar and island with prep sink, a butler’s pantry, built-in refrigerator, as well as a built-in desk. We also love that main sink overlooks the backyard.

We absolutely love the gorgeous custom tile and stonework in the Primary bath floor and Kitchen backsplash.

Need a first floor bedroom? Please note there is a first floor full bath and it wouldn’t take much to convert the den to BD solution. The laundry room is adjacent to the 2-stall garage and includes a utility sink.

Upstairs, rack ’em up pool sharks – and have some fun in the game room. Yep, the pool table is included in the sale of the home and you actually have plenty of room for shooting even the hardest of trick shots. There’s even plenty of room for exercise equipment.

The Primary bedroom and bath has great natural light with an amazing closet (and motorized blinds over the tub).

More upgrades in the home: plantation shutters, smart-vent, instant hot H20 in kitchen, raised hearth fireplace with gas insert, and more.

Three-car garage (2/1) which is nice to have a storage area opportunity along with car storage. That expansive driveway will come in handy for keeping your extended cab vehicles closer to the house or multi-car households.

One of the best things, is the savings in your pocket books by calling Roseville home. Roseville utilities are some of the lowest around (City of Roseville for everything, less gas).

Commuters: you’ll be located off the first Roseville exit and within a short distance to Baseline for backroad access.

Nearby: pools (Roseville Aquatics Complex – RAC), sports fields (soccer, football, along with numerous baseball diamonds), Martha Riley library, parks (including two dog parks), trails, and more. You’re within a short distance of great local trails behind Woodcreek H.S. which leads you to Sun City Roseville and additional trails. Golfers have numerous golfing opportunities nearby, including Top Golf, Sun City Roseville, Woodcreek GC, Diamond Oaks, and the private course of Sierra View Country Club.

All items included in the sale of the home are at no value and no warranty. (included, but not limited to spa, BBQ, and pool table). Agent can provide a list of all items included.

If you’re working from home or distance learning is part of your daily life – this may be the next place you want to call home. If you’re curious about the home or have questions – we’re happy to answer!

Swimming lessons are hosted at the Summer Sanders pool – Roseville Aquatics Complex – by Woodcreek High school, but be sure to note that we do have an indoor pool option at the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool. Soccer at different levels and ages too – from club to competitive. Dog lovers also have a few options for dog parks near Mahany Park (Bear park). Woodcreek High School is just a short distance away with an incredible open space behind with trails to explore. We’re close to welcoming the newest local grocery store – the Nugget at Blue Oaks and Woodcreek Oaks, along with an amazing existing Raley’s store. Plenty of local parks offer expansive trails to explore. Many large companies continue to call Roseville home, with many new additions (including a large Amazon plant). At this time of year – we have many mandarin orchards exploding with tasty citrus options (Penryn, Loomis, Auburn) – and you have fruiting trees in your yard. Also, if you haven’t utility-compared – Roseville is one of the best for cost of utilities. If you have questions about the area – we’re happy to answer!
