Do you need a “Seller Super Hero” Kit?
We have created a booklet called our “Seller Superhero Kit” which will walk you through proven seller techniques of how to prepare your home – inside and out. It also includes the entire selling process from house clean-up to closing. Be proactive with your home preparation before you hit the market, not as a reaction to not being sold on the market and needing a price reduction. You can’t get back those first two weeks on the market as a fresh listing. We will work as a team together to find a plan that works best for your timing, pocket books, and needs.
