There’s shopping and dining down both directions of Antelope Rd (at Sunrise Blvd AND Auburn Blvd). At the Sunrise Blvd intersection you have the awesome Leatherby’s ice cream (a local fixture), gym, dining, shops, and more. Auburn Blvd has numerous options – parks, shopping, dining and more. You’re within minutes of Costco and many big brand stores. Location-wise you’re just a short distance to I-80. Within a few miles also from Sunrise Mall and Birdcage (along with numerous dining and shopping options), but having quick freeway access – you can easily get to Placer County big shop stops off Hwy 65. Mercy San Juan Medical Center is close to two miles away with Kaiser and Sutter not too far up the road. American River College is just a bit over 3.5miles away. Plenty of outdoor activities to explore in Sacramento along with clubs and craft groups. Even though you’re in Sacramento County, you are so close to Placer County and you’ll love your proximity to so many options. You’re two hours (or possibly less) from the mountains and San Francisco and even less for Napa excursions (but be sure to check out our local Foothill vineyards and breweries).
