What do the owners love about this house?

What we love about this house is that we are close to everything we need: shopping, movies, parks, schools, restaurants, etc. We have one of the largest back yards in our subdivision and I like that the waterfall on the pool is so peaceful. Our kids have enjoyed attending Catheryn Gates elementary (see the amazing ratings – buyer to verify*). Plus, the park is so close that we can walk there with the kids at anytime.
