You’re close to Mel Hamel Park, within minutes of Safeway for a grocery store option off Blue Oaks, we’re told a future Nugget store will eventually be at Blue Oaks and Woodcreek Oaks. Home is also close to Pleasant Grove Trail, near Sun City Roseville and it’s 9-hole and 18 hole golf course, and close to Top Golf. There’s also Woodcreek Oaks golf course, Diamond Oaks, Sierra View (private), and a few other courses in Roseville and Lincoln. Movie enthusiasts will love the numerous options of theaters (with dinner dining or traditional style set-up) within a few miles. Plenty of shopping right off Highway 65 – whether the Galleria Mall, The Fountains, or all that the Blue Oaks and Pleasant Grove exit has to offer. Roseville is home to big box stores and big name restaurants, along with numerous locally-owned shops and restaurants. This area is rich full of history, so it’s fun to go exploring in Historic and Downtown Roseville (dining, bars, art centers, educational opportunities, escape room, and some of the City-run gatherings at the holidays). Roseville is a big swimming and soccer community, along with many other outdoor activities – young and old. The Fairgrounds will be host to many large scale events (Junction and Washington) – a recent addition to Roseville and is next to the racing grounds.
