Price improvement (4/15/2020). We love this single-story home which includes plantation shutters, crown molding, updated carpet in the Family room, a built-in office space off the Kitchen, + the cutest bedroom spaces. More importantly, the home is surrounded by other single-story homes for improved privacy. This amazing floor plan includes an en-suite set-up for bedroom two, with an adjacent full bath (roommate, aging parent, etc). This bedroom is located right off the Kitchen. For Summer outdoor dining, you’ll stay cool with the back patio misters. Master bedroom includes a slider to backyard. Garage includes a pull-down ladder for attic storage. If you love being outdoors, you’re close to the fabulous Mel Hamel Park (basketball court, sand court, play structure, +sports fields). Another notable item – if you’re considering other areas, that should include utilities and it’s really hard to beat how great it is to have City of Roseville utilities (and what a great city this is as far as their parks, sports, activities, schools, etc).
Be sure to view the Zillow 360 tour above and if there’s something the cameras didn’t catch that you have questions about – just let us know. We’re happy to help.

You’re close to Mel Hamel Park, within minutes of Safeway for a grocery store option off Blue Oaks, we’re told a future Nugget store will eventually be at Blue Oaks and Woodcreek Oaks. Home is also close to Pleasant Grove Trail, near Sun City Roseville and it’s 9-hole and 18 hole golf course, and close to Top Golf. There’s also Woodcreek Oaks golf course, Diamond Oaks, Sierra View (private), and a few other courses in Roseville and Lincoln. Movie enthusiasts will love the numerous options of theaters (with dinner dining or traditional style set-up) within a few miles. Plenty of shopping right off Highway 65 – whether the Galleria Mall, The Fountains, or all that the Blue Oaks and Pleasant Grove exit has to offer. Roseville is home to big box stores and big name restaurants, along with numerous locally-owned shops and restaurants. This area is rich full of history, so it’s fun to go exploring in Historic and Downtown Roseville (dining, bars, art centers, educational opportunities, escape room, and some of the City-run gatherings at the holidays). Roseville is a big swimming and soccer community, along with many other outdoor activities – young and old. The Fairgrounds will be host to many large scale events (Junction and Washington) – a recent addition to Roseville and is next to the racing grounds.
