Location, location, location – this is a great spot for zipping across the city – not too far from the freeway, but close enough for back roads to Fiddyment. Outdoors – bikers, hikers – or however you travel, be sure to explore the local trails and parks nearby. Multiple dog park options within a mile or two, with a large city libary within three miles, along with baseball diamonds, soccer fields, and more. Plenty of dining and shopping close by with the Galleria Mall and The Fountains, along with numerous local and big-chain options. La Provence is currently curbside pick-up, but hopefully their great “happy hours” will be back in place – sooner than later. In the complex, there is a little jardin / garden retreat area with additional parking spaces option near the home. Within a few blocks you have a great park, tennis courts, dog park, and trails to explore. There are numerous golf courses in the region (close by: Woodcreek Oaks, Sun City Roseville, Top Golf, and more). Safeway is within a block or two and also has a gas service station (a nice perk for those who like those extra savings). There is the belief that a Nugget grocery store will be going in close by (across from Safeway) … Roseville is the city to call home – many companies and medical groups call this place home. Sutter, Kaiser and many other health groups are close by. We have multiple movie theatre options within a few miles as well. All ages will find an indoor or outdoor activity to enjoy.
