MLS#221081205 • 3D Tours Available – If you’re looking for a cul-de-sac set-up, pool with diving board, spa, near a park and playground, in a fabulous location near grocery stores (including Trader Joe’s), dining, shopping, and quick freeway access – this single-story may be the next place you’ll want to call home.

The kitchen features updated appliances and in the family room, there is a fireplace. We believe there is room for smaller RV or boat storage to the East-side (right) of the home. This home is ready for your special touch and additions. The seller has priced this home with consideration that home does need fresh interior paint, flooring, and landscaping.

This neighborhood radiates pride of ownership with many long-time residents. Even while we were getting ready for the home to be listed, the neighbors were helping us with small tasks. So many fun and special memories were made in this home and we hope the next owner will too. We know the seller loved watching baseball games from their backyard – so we hope whoever calls this space home – will appreciate it too. Plus, who doesn’t want to live by a park? Enjoy the expansive green lot without the maintenance. Also, old school Roseville residents know the famous cement slides towards the back of the baseball diamond with the basketball court at the bottom of the hill (see google map).

You’re within a few blocks of Downtown Roseville which details a fantastic theatre, art studio, great local dining, shops, splash park at Vernon Street Town Square (along with being a hub for local events and concerts), not to mention close to many of the awesome parade routes. Welcome home.

Downtown Roseville and Historic Roseville (other side of the train tracks) are host to many local dining treasures and fun drinking escapes. Be sure to check out the Blue Line gallery (as things slowly start to re-open). MLS# 221073977 • CLOSED** If you want a home with character, color, and happy energy – come see this home! This charming and vibrant Craftsman has so many visual treasures to experience. Bonus points if you find the 80s throw-back tile work (we dare you not to smile every time you pass it). Inside the home, mid-century modern vibes and cool color schemes will absolutely delight your inner designer. We love the circular texture of the rubber flooring in the kitchen, the original hardwood flooring, and all the fun and unique design choices that perfectly blend with the 1950s original decor. The downstairs full bath – how beautiful is that vibrant blue tile? Do note, the Primary BD is on the first floor and is towards the back part of the home (NE exposure). There is also built-in storage throughout most of the home. In the backyard, the seller has crafted a beautiful retreat complete with a beautiful pergola and lush landscaping. How amazing is that hydrangea? We are told the pollinator community gives this yard a 10/10 (we’re not sure if the bee we buzzed with was the proper authority to vote, but he seemed legit). Be sure to explore the entire yard for art pieces. All good energy in this space. Positives to alleyway location as we know it will be a topic brought up – nobody parking in front of your house. Sellers have felt it’s been a quieter space living in this location as well (they have lovingly cared for this space and hope you will treasure it too. We’re having a hard time not buying it for ourselves).

Location-wise – you’re close to Royer Park, Vernon Street Town Square (fun city events, splash park, and concerts), fun local dining, art studios, long-time Roseville theatre groups, Trader Joe’s, and commuters will have quick freeway access. The trail that goes through Royer park (all the way to Darling Way) also connects all the way to Sierra College and includes Miner’s Ravine Trail (see Roseville parks map).

History nugget: this property was formerly orchard fields (rich soil). Lots of cool history there too – if you want to dive deeper. These neighborhoods and homes are rich with Roseville’s history. Another fact: the builder of this home, also built a few neighboring homes (how cool is that?).

How beautiful is this backyard? An expansive pergola patio spans the width of the yard. There is plenty of room for outdoor dining, a designated area for BBQ’ing (with gas-hook-up), all while staying cool with the patio misters and enjoying the lush landscaping. Are your muscles sore? Why not soak your muscles in the spa after a long day of work. Don’t forget to make your own bouquet of roses – the side yard is bursting with color. If you like to entertain and you have four-legged friends – you have a really nice gated dog-run (and not to be forgotten – a nice shed).

Inside, the Kitchen includes a double-oven, an expansive dining bar and island with prep sink, a butler’s pantry, built-in refrigerator, as well as a built-in desk. We also love that main sink overlooks the backyard.

We absolutely love the gorgeous custom tile and stonework in the Primary bath floor and Kitchen backsplash.

Need a first floor bedroom? Please note there is a first floor full bath and it wouldn’t take much to convert the den to BD solution. The laundry room is adjacent to the 2-stall garage and includes a utility sink.

Upstairs, rack ’em up pool sharks – and have some fun in the game room. Yep, the pool table is included in the sale of the home and you actually have plenty of room for shooting even the hardest of trick shots. There’s even plenty of room for exercise equipment.

The Primary bedroom and bath has great natural light with an amazing closet (and motorized blinds over the tub).

More upgrades in the home: plantation shutters, smart-vent, instant hot H20 in kitchen, raised hearth fireplace with gas insert, and more.

Three-car garage (2/1) which is nice to have a storage area opportunity along with car storage. That expansive driveway will come in handy for keeping your extended cab vehicles closer to the house or multi-car households.

One of the best things, is the savings in your pocket books by calling Roseville home. Roseville utilities are some of the lowest around (City of Roseville for everything, less gas).

Commuters: you’ll be located off the first Roseville exit and within a short distance to Baseline for backroad access.

Nearby: pools (Roseville Aquatics Complex – RAC), sports fields (soccer, football, along with numerous baseball diamonds), Martha Riley library, parks (including two dog parks), trails, and more. You’re within a short distance of great local trails behind Woodcreek H.S. which leads you to Sun City Roseville and additional trails. Golfers have numerous golfing opportunities nearby, including Top Golf, Sun City Roseville, Woodcreek GC, Diamond Oaks, and the private course of Sierra View Country Club.

All items included in the sale of the home are at no value and no warranty. (included, but not limited to spa, BBQ, and pool table). Agent can provide a list of all items included.

If you’re working from home or distance learning is part of your daily life – this may be the next place you want to call home. If you’re curious about the home or have questions – we’re happy to answer!

No matter what age range you’re at (well, you know what we mean) – young at heart or young in age – there are so many local clubs and sports groups to explore. From soccer, hiking, biking, football, swim clubs, water polo to knitting, little ballerina classes, and quilt clubs – there is something for everyone. Roseville really does have it all, and if we don’t have it – we’re 1.5hr from Tahoe, even less for Truckee. 2hrs from San Francisco, under an 1.5hr to Napa. Many will be shocked that we even have some vineyards just up the road along with a few cool local breweries. Swimming is a big deal in town, and even water polo features a few clubs outside of high school sports. Swimming lessons are hosted at the Summer Sanders pool – Roseville Aquatics Complex – by Woodcreek High school, but be sure to note that we do have an indoor pool option at the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool. Soccer at different levels and ages too – from club to competitive. Dog lovers also have a few options for dog parks near Mahany Park (Bear park). Woodcreek High School is just a short distance away with an incredible open space behind with trails to explore. At “The Fountains,” you’ll find weekly farmer’s markets along with an amazing outdoor shopping experience. Across the street is the “Galleria Mall” with just about every local store you can think of … We currently have three libraries – Martha Riley (close by), Maidu Park (also home to a large volume of baseball diamonds, museum, skate park, and covered soccer / hockey field), and the City of Roseville Public Library (by Royer Park). I also strongly encourage some exploration in Historic and Downtown Roseville – learn some history, grab a tasty meal, and be sure to check out the crooked bridge. We’re close to welcoming the newest local grocery store – the Nugget at Blue Oaks and Woodcreek Oaks, along with an amazing existing Raley’s store. Plenty of local parks offer expansive trails to explore. Many large companies continue to call Roseville home, with many new additions (including a large Amazon plant). At this time of year – we have many mandarin orchards exploding with tasty citrus options (Penryn, Loomis, Auburn) – and you have fruiting trees in your yard. Also, if you haven’t utility-compared – Roseville is one of the best for cost of utilities. If you have questions about the area – we’re happy to answer!

MLS #20073635 –  Offered at $525,000 • View the Ricoh 360 virtual tour of this gorgeous, premium corner lot in Roseville in a gated community.

Inside the home, the kitchen features quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, high-end stainless-steel appliances, convection microwave and oven, and walk-in pantry. The butler’s pantry provides an additional space for storage.

This fantastic floor plan does have a first-floor bedroom and full bath, as well as a second-floor laundry room. The upstairs loft can be used however you see fit whether it be an office space, distance learning set-up, workout zone, or indoor play area.

The primary bedroom can easily accommodate a full-size furniture set. Layout-wise, the primary bedroom does have nice separation from the rest of the bedrooms for additional privacy, but still just across the hallway from the two upstairs bedrooms. The primary bedroom does include a linen closet, two walk-in closets, double-sink vanity, with a separate soaking tub and shower.

Additional upgrades and features in the home include, but are not limited to: plantation shutters, upgraded cabinetry throughout, custom garage organizers. As well as smart-home features, split-zone HVAC with smart thermostats, and a Smart Vent system. All bathrooms include a custom backsplash with 12×24 travertine tiles.

Outside, this is one of the larger backyard’s you’ll find in the neighborhood. The covered patio with ceiling fan allows for a cooler place to relax on those Summer nights. BBQ set-up? We have you covered – there is an accessible gas line close to the Kitchen window. Do note, that great playset is included in the home sale (everything is almost like-new since it’s only a two-year old home*). You’ll also enjoy that you have easy views of the yard, from the family room and Kitchen (see the virtual tour).

If you’re not aware – the City of Roseville is known for their lower-cost utility solutions (and green city awards). Between the City of Roseville utilities, paired with owned solar and smart vents, and a lower-maintenance yard – it’s a winning “pocket-book” combo.

Not to be forgotten, living here, you’ll be very close to the Pleasant Grove Creek multi-use trail (head to the back of the complex to the back gate – it’s the last view on the 3D tour). Nearby is Veteran’s Park which you can access from the trail. You’ll have ample opportunities for outdoor activities nearby, whether you love golf, TopGolf, swimming, soccer, heading to the two local dog parks, or whatever activities (inside or outside) you enjoy. If you check out local groups, clubs, or the City of Roseville Spring activity online scheduler, we’re going to guess you’ll be able to find something. There’s a reason why so many people love calling Roseville “home.”

One of our coolest nearby additions (in fact, just this week) is we have a new Nugget market now open (across the street from the Safeway). Lots of nearby dining, shopping, and amenities to enjoy and explore nearby. The Fountains and Galleria are two of our major shopping areas and they’re not too far away.

A serene, lush compound where you’ll often hear the sounds of nature (you might find turtles, salmon, or even otters in the back creek).

Plenty of room for expansion or pool (flat usable lot – you’ll likely want to target the front of the yard).

Trees by the basketball hoop are bursting with oranges (also includes mandarin trees). The larger outbuilding is great as a storage or workshop. A nice long driveway – allows for all kinds of storage!

Inside the home, seller has introduced new light fixtures to bring a more “mid-century modern” (MCM) appeal to the home.

If you need a bonus room, office, distance learning set-up – the living room or dining room could easily be utilitized as a great set-up with fantastic natural light. Not included in the photos is a smaller office / laundry room.

This home boasts panoramic, calming views – out nearly every window from the back and front of the home. The family, living, and dining room all detail floor-to-ceiling windows … as well as the Master bedroom and breakfast nook (Kitchen).

Cooking dinner – you can stay social with guests, all while overlooking the backyard and gorgeous green space and Linda Creek backdrop. Kitchen includes a large pantry with shelving, and nearby is a powder room (the other half bath).

How fun is that bar space that perfectly opens up to the expansive back deck? Built-in BBQ area as well as a nearby space for a possible fire pit (unknown if there’s a gas line present)

How gorgeous is that breezeway between the breakfast nook and garage? The simple drop-pendant globe is so perfectly chosen to keep the MCM vibe in check. There are a few fish buddies that keep the tiered stream in “pond-mode.”

An expansive three-car garage includes a ½ bath – perfect for those long nights when you’re tinkering on your cars or maybe art projects, with a nearby (or last minute) bathroom escape.

Seller added fencing to the back perimeter of the lot and an additional smaller gate could easily be added to close off the backyard from the garage and front yard.

Location-wise – home is in close proximity to restaurants (Nix Tacos – is SO good), stores (Bel-Air, Safeway, Sunrise Health Foods, Sprouts), Oakmont HS (health academy – check it out, I hear it’s amazing), and Maidu Park (skatepark, baseball, basketball, museum, etc).

More fun notables – you might find wildlife nearby, including turtles and possibly otters (and salmon in the creek).

Happy Gilmore fans – please note, that fantastic bath tub faucet in the Master – will be your life-long fixture for you to say “stop looking at me swan!” This home is full of cool designs and character – you’ll be smiling from the beginning to end of your tour.

If you love local history, previously one of the Doyle children’s family home (Roseville Telephone, etc – I love local history).

If you’re curious about the home or have questions – we’re happy to answer! 916-308-2446

Swimming is a big deal in town, and even water polo features a few clubs outside of high school sports. Swimming lessons are hosted by City of Roseville and their public pools, but be sure to note that we do have an indoor pool option at the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool. Soccer at different levels and ages too – from club to competitive. Oakmont High School has an amazing Health Academy to check out (Olympian Summer Sanders graduated from OHS). Shopping is fantastic in Roseville … At “The Fountains,” you’ll find weekly farmer’s markets along with an amazing outdoor shopping experience. Nearby we have an ice rink (near I-80 Riverside / Cirby area) for skaters and hockey enthusiasts. I also strongly encourage some exploration in Historic and Downtown Roseville – learn some history, grab a tasty meal, and be sure to check out the crooked bridge. If you have questions about the area – we’re happy to answer!

Location

Roseville really does have it all, and if we don’t have it – we’re 1.5hr from Tahoe, even less for Truckee. 2hrs from San Francisco, under an 1.5hr to Napa. Many will be shocked that we even have some vineyards just up the road along with a few cool local breweries. For this particular property – you just have to go to edge of the neighborhood for local dining and less than a mile or two for multiple grocery options, stores, and restaurants.

Sacramento commuters – you are off the first Roseville exit for Cirby / Riverside. You even have cross-routes via Cirby to Sierra College Blvd / Hazel Ave for Folsom commuters. City of Roseville is known for its amazing schools – but explore all of your options – we even have a lot of local private and charter school options. Buyer to verify all school boundaries.

Nearby + About Our Area

MLS #20073635 View the virtual tour of the home (we do have a Ricoh + Zillow 3D tour to experience)

If you’re working from home or distance-learning is part of your daily life – this may be the next place you want to call home. This newer home features luxurious woodwork, thoughtful design, and continuity of modern style with $200K+ in updates.

The front courtyard details stamped and stained concrete with Pottery World plant boxes framing the space. Landscape lighting softly illuminates the stairs to the courtyard and stunning front door.

The first-floor dazzles with crown molding, wainscoting in the first-floor bedroom, a built-in entertainment center, a lovely mantel fireplace, and so much more. The home is bright and welcoming with added recessed lighting, tasteful fixtures, and chandeliers.

Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bonus area with a separate designated workspace and a built-in desk. Perfect for virtual learning, additional workspace or play zone, arts and crafts, or even a theatre. The laundry room also is positioned on the second floor (a must – so you’re not hauling laundry up and down the stairs) and details a utility sink, cabinetry, and a separate closet with shelving. Most bedrooms do include a walk-in closet.

One of our favorite features though has to be the luxurious finished office – ideal for remote working, a workout space, or simply a quiet retreat from the main house. The backyard also includes two expansive pergolas, a stunning concrete fountain as the main focal point of the yard, multiple fruit trees (mandarin, apricot, apple), two gas lines (one near the house and one by the back pergola), added outlets, as well as a shed with exterior and internal lighting.

Location-wise and positioning – you have no back-facing neighbor – lending to additional privacy. The home backs to a court on the opposite of the back fence.

If you’re curious about the home or have questions – we’re happy to answer!

Also, West Park H.S. proudly opened its doors as the newest Roseville high school addition. You’ll quickly notice that you’re around primarily newer homes, parks, and this place only continues to improve on local offerings, on top of how amazing Roseville ready is with local amenities already at your finger tips. We’re close to welcoming the newest local grocery store – the Nugget at Blue Oaks and Woodcreek Oaks, along with an amazing existing Safeway. Plenty of local parks offer expansive trails to explore. And even the local Fiddyment farm is nearby (there’s some cool local history if you ever want to dive deeper – be sure to check out the Carnegie Museum). Many large companies continue to call Roseville home, with many new additions (including a large Amazon plant). At this time of year – we have many mandarin orchards exploding with tasty citrus options (Penryn, Loomis, Auburn) – and you have fruiting trees in your yard.
